The website www.torbe.hr is available to users for private use in accordance with these terms and conditions. By using the site, you accept the terms and conditions.
The offer applies to products from the KOMPLET PLUS d.o.o. range.
The customer is any person who places an order through the online store, regardless of the registration of a user account.
The purchase agreement is considered concluded when the buyer places an order via the website www.torbe.hr, and KOMPLET PLUS d.o.o. confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
The buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for delivery and contact. All users are required to keep their access data confidential. The use of third-party data is strictly prohibited.
Buyers do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in the case of products made according to the buyer’s specifications, or products clearly tailored to the buyer (personalized products), in accordance with Art. 86 of the Consumer Protection Act.
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. The shipping cost is visible before confirming the order.
Available payment methods:
Internet banking (payment to the account according to the instructions in the order confirmation).
The buyer bears the conversion costs if the payment is made in another currency or via unofficial platforms.
Card payment via the Stripe system (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other supported cards).
Payment is secure and is made via the protected Stripe payment system, without storing card data on our servers.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt. Visible damage must be reported within 24 hours by sending photos to info@torbe.hr.
In the event of a justified complaint:
The buyer has the right to a refund, product replacement or repair.
The cost of return is covered by KOMPLET PLUS d.o.o. if an error is determined on our part.
Return of custom-made products (personalized products) is not possible, unless they are damaged or defective.
Natural irregularities in materials that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
KOMPLET PLUS d.o.o. respects user privacy. Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling orders, contacting you and informing you about news and promotions (if you have given your consent).
Data is not forwarded to third parties except in legally prescribed cases.
